ID Screen® Paratuberculosis Indirect dựa trên cơ chế ELISA hấp thụ gián tiếp để phát hiện Kháng thể kháng Mycobacteria avium subsp. paratuberculosis (Map) - tác nhân gây bệnh của Johne trong huyết thanh, huyết tương và sữa của động vật nhai lại
*Có sẵn định dạng sàng lọc và xác nhận. Trong định dạng xác nhận, mỗi mẫu được kiểm tra trong giếng được phủ (cột chẵn) và trong giếng không được phủ liền kề (cột lẻ). Kết quả được tính toán dựa trên OD mẫu đã hiệu chỉnh (OD giếng chẵn – OD giếng lẻ)
